 With reference to your communication regarding presentation of papers at the conference,

Each author would be allowed a maximum of 18 minutes for presentation and 8 minutesfor question / answers in each session.

§

All expenses of travel & stay etc. would be at my / my company’s account.

§

Synopsis of 450 words is required by 15th May 2008 and final paper if selected by 15thSeptember 2008. I will be informed of selection by 15th July 2008.

§

I have to send my brief resume & photograph.
